About EMERGE
With 15 years of a community-centric approach to marketing, communications, and public relations, Krile Communications has grown its roots across the county and beyond to pursue its perpetual goal to ‘Leave it Better.’ Emerging as a two-fold approach to our philanthropic goals and a desire to connect with local professionals, the EMERGE Series transpired. As a close-knit community, Krile Communications has long recognized the value of thought leadership; and not just of the educational component, but the collective good it can bring to the shared vision of sustaining local missions.
In concert with our new ‘Krile for a Cause’ initiative, we will host four quarterly gatherings that integrate a local nonprofit spotlight accompanied by an informational session. The featured nonprofit will correspond to our pro bono partnership for that quarter, affording them an opportunity to speak on behalf of their organization’s mission, vision, and purpose. The remaining time will include an interactive presentation related to multi-industry topics.

EMERGE is open to any business professional in Fairfield County. The session topics are applicable to diverse industries and professionals at all levels, with a content mix of professional development and leadership accompanied by communications insights.

Research shows that career competencies are strengthened when professional development is prioritized consistently – but, hey, life happens! Registered attendees are excused for one absence in which they may send a representative from their company.
To respect attendees who have invested in this program, we do not permit more than one alternative representative in the case of multiple absences, as to retain the exclusivity of the material and learning experience.
We are accepting up to 12 participants for EMERGE 2026.

We recognize that lifelong learning is essential to all employees, but due to the nature of the program and constraints of our space, we politely ask that no more than one representative from your company registers for the program.
This ensures that we have a diverse group of industries, job grades, and perspectives that contribute to an enriching experience. Greater representation across companies means a greater reach of professional development across our community!

EMERGE is sold as one package for $150.00 for the respective year, not as individual sessions. This is to ensure maximum attendance is achieved and to assist with planning efforts for session speakers and catering packages.
We also recognize gradual enhancement within a person’s skillset as they regularly engage in professional development initiatives. For this reason, our program is based on a trajectory of progress for the attendees, rather than an exchange of ideas for one-off practices.

10:55 a.m. – welcome & overview
11:00 – 11:10 a.m. - Pro Bono Partner / Non-Profit Speaker
(flex time as needed for questions, transition to formal presentation)
11:10 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. – Program Speaker / Formal Presentation
11:50 a.m. – noon – conclusion, questions, etc.
Our purpose to ‘Leave it Better’ does not stop with our clients. We actively seek to bring about productive, positive change in our community and professional network. We work with a priority to deliver quality results that are sustainable and serve others well. Similarly, the EMERGE Series accomplishes much of the same goal – to nurture and inform confident professionals by sharing our expertise so they can emerge with newfound skills that are deposited right back into our community. A full circle!
At the conclusion of the series, you will emerge with a refined vision, eagerness, and skillset to draw upon in your career. Participants will receive a Certified Emerge Communicator certificate for their professional development portfolio.
